Our automated enrollment system is designed to provide you with important details to join your virtual classroom successfully. Details of your enrollment are sent directly to the email you provide once your email is confirmed in our system. Accordingly, you MUST confirm your email in order to receive details of your enrollment from our system.
If you are unable to attend your paid training, please contact us so that we can schedule you into the same training at a later date. You may schedule your training up to six months following your original enrollment date.
Refunds for your enrollment fees are permitted within 48 hours following your initial enrollment date and in accordance with our Risk-Free Guarantee. Refunds for no-shows are not permitted after 48 hours. All refunds are subject to a $100 administrative fee. All refunds require up to 60 days for processing.
Our website contains group management resources and coaching tools to support skill development as well as mastery and application of concepts. Accordingly, once your written request for refund is received, your access to website resources will be terminated immediately. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing/email.
